When I capture from cable using VirtualDub, if I set the framerate to 29.97, it loses all semblance of audio synchronization. When I drop it to 14.99fps, it's synchronized, but I don't know what to do with video at that framerate! TMPGEnc says its "15fps, 29.97 internally". How do you capture from cable TV at 704x480, interlaced, 29.97fps? Is it not possible?
