Hi. I have a wedding on vhs that I want to archive for my brother and so quality is important. I captured 2 hours of dv to disk (720x480ntsc). 14 2gig avi files in dv format. What should my next steps be to produce the most professional copy to dvdr. I don't care how long it takes, it just has to be the best quality. Any gurus out there that can help? Thanks a bunch..

I would load the files into Video Studio 6. Select create DVD, the wizard will let choose the menu points since the wedding has many interesting points your relatives would love to go back to again and again.
Then it goes on to create the DVD for you. It does not change the original files, but creates a disk image it uses to make the disk. There is a demo available.Hello. -
that doesn't sound like being able to produce the best quality vhs to dvdr... it sounds more like making a dvdr which I know how to do already.
