Removing "watched" posts

I think there needs to be an easier way of "unwatching" watched post rather than going through each thread and clicking on the link...

To change the default setting:

Profile -->

Always notify me of replies:
Sends an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post

--> No

For an existing post, click on edit and then uncheck Notify me when a reply is posted.

I should have made my self a bit more clear. The email portion of posted replies never bothered me. It is after I have posted to a topic, when some one posts to that thread, it still appears in the View Your Posts listing, months after you last posted.

The "View Your Posts" lists all your topics you have posted in.

"view watched posts" what exactly does that mean anyway? when you click on "view your posts",does that not do exactly the same thing

watched topics=the topics you get a email notification for every new post.
