cut div3 using tmpeg & virtualdub,but always out of sink took audio & video from different file turned audio to wav

i downloaded a div3 90 mins long,i cut it using tmpeg to fit onto 2 discs.i removed the audio using virtual dub,changed it 2 wav,and saved to a folder.when i split the movie using tmpeg i took the video from the movie and the audio from my saved wav in my folder,but it came out out of sinc.if i try to split it just using tmpeg i still get the same result the movie is out of sinc
