What happened to King John?

KingJohn was indeed banned from the forum. He broke numerous rules, namely,

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws

Well, there were actually quite a few more rules he broke as well. He was asked numerous times to follow the rules, he blatantly refused so we had no choice but to ban him. He asked that his guides be removed so Baldrick did so. They are being hosted somewhere else and you can easily find them using google.
