making a music video

I'm doodling w/the idea of editing som cam'd footade of my band playing live, I plan on extracting the audio from the tapes with vdub and adding a studio take from our cd, so I'll be working with video clips only.
Does anyone know how to add slowmotion to a video clip (any format, avi, mpg, ect)

Yes its called Ulead Studio Media Pro 6.0VE I speed up and slowmo at any percentage I want to with very very little lose or none at all of the original speed avi, you can also add other special effects and scene changes with this program I make family Music videos using this for the past 2 years, before Ulead I was using Adobe premiere, good program also.
Make sure to get HollywoodFx plugin it offers thousands of different effects and scene changes.
