    Anyone Know Of A Program (other than virtualdub or TMPGEnc)
    That Will Allow Me To encode a .avi file to .mpg and at the same time split the one large file into 2 smaller files so that I Can Burn the film to vcd useing my cdr burner ??


    Or a Program That Will Allow me to split a large .mpg file in half

    Why don't you use the guide one how to make a movie fit on One CD. it can teach you that, and once you know the process, it's not hard to learn how to make it fit on two CD's.
