how can i extract m2v file from vobs?

Using Smartripper, just point it to the files, then click the Stream processing tab. Highlight the video stream and choose "Demux to extra file" and you're all set.

Exactly. Just make sure to un-check all other streams, except video.

Of course, make sure you enable stream processing.

Vobedit will also do this, with smartripper don't forget to press the 'save selection' button once you have selected the stream you want, I always forget to do this

See the eject and reload buttons next to the Smartripper logo in the picture above? To the right of the Reload button, there is a folder icon. Click on that, then navigate to the folder where your vob files are.
