  1. Hi there,

    Let's assume the following situation. I have an original DVD with selectable subtitles in say 5 languages.

    I want to copy it to a DVD-R (following all necessary procedures) and also add subtitles in another language that didn't exist on the original DVD.

    Let's say that i found the needed subtitle on the web in Subrip, MicroDVD, Subviewer or another usual txt file format.

    How can i convert it and add this as a selectable subtitle on the DVD-R that i create? Is there a guide available on this subject?

    IFOEdit is the only free/low-cost program that I know of that allows selectable subtitle multiplexing.

    I have not used it, but you should be able to find a guide somewhere. IFOEdit accepts ".sup" files.
    The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.
