This is my 4th xvcd movie and 40 vcd movies, and this is the first time in XVCD format that the audio was off. It's off by a tenth of a second too. It was fine when I encoded it to divx and XVCD. My dvd player can support up to 3500kb/s, but I just set it to 2400 to fit it on a disk. I am using Nero Burning rom and ignoring encoding standard compliances.
I couldn't even imagine if I payed $4 for a dvd-r disc and it f-uped like this.
