    I've used shop4tech several times and rima once... prefer shop4tech but they both seem ok to me.

  3. look at www.resellerrating.com

    You can't hide from angry customers there.

    TRUTH BE TOLD

    rima.com = 10

    shop4tech.com = 3 (comments are pretty sad)

    I've used Meritline for about 2 years. Just a couple of problems.

    Once I ordered Accu's, and they shipped Riteks not a problem. Would of been mad if I ordered Riteks and got Princos though. Other people have reported this swapping here.

    The last order I made was recieved poorly packed, and ended up with 50 damaged discs out of 200. They offered to fix it, but I had to send all 200 back. Couldn't do it, as I had already burnt 30 of them that day. Customer service wasn't professional or kind at all.

    Everybody makes misstakes, but the way their customer service reacted was uncalled for, too many other shops want my money for that.

    Rima hasn't presented a problem through 4 orders. And their shipping charges aren't blown out of the water. It costs me $5 more, but well worth it.
