I made a VCD with TMPGEnc then played it on my Napa Dav311 and it was all jerky so I dropped the bitrate from 1150 down to 1149 and it worked fine how come napa won't play 1150 bitrate?

What settings did you use because my Napa Dav 311 can't play, anything right.

My napa dav311 play every TMPGEncoded VCDs...and all commercial VCDs....but they can be a bit jumpy, very enoying.

Use the same setting's as the ones that are in the Pal or NTCS templates but reduce the bitrate a lil and make sure the scene detect is turned off

When you say reduce the bitrate, what do you mean? Can you reduce this with the napa or is this with the software you use to duplicate the vcd? I'm sorry I am completely lost here.
