I have been able to capture using my ADS USB Instant Video CD card pretty well if I am capturing from a good source. If I put a high quality tape in my VCR, I can capture it and it looks pretty nice and doesn't drop many frames. However, I have a concert video on VHS that is very poor quality, but I really want to capture it and burn it to VCD. The problem is with this poor quality input, I am dropping around 90% of the frames. Normally I only drop around 5% of the frames. Is there anything I can do to get a better capture of this poor quality tape? I think my computer is plenty powerful enough to capture since I only have the problem with this tape. Capturing this tape is one of the main reasons I bought this capture card, so I'm hoping someone can help. I've tried VirtualDub, ULEAD Video Studio 6, and Virtual VCR with similar results.
Thanks
