Have someone here also managed to burn a xvcd without turning off the compliance CD in Nero?

Strange question. If it was compliant to the standard, it would be VCD, not XVCD. The X stands for unofficial eXtension of the VCD standard.

True but I am sure it was a xvcd cause I lowered the bitrate to like 900 and burned it to xvcd without turning off the compliance CD.
