  1. Have a movie that's in framerate 23.976 and a sub file that's in framerate 25. If I just add the subs to the movie they are synced at start but gets more and more unsynced longer in the movie.

I downloaded the SubTitleFPSConverter and ran the sub in it, converting from 25 to 23.976. After this it is even more out of sync.

How the h... do I correct this? I can't find a sub on the Internet that has the correct framrate, so I guess I have to try to correct this.

You could try another subtitle fps converter cause it should work pretty good.

I've done a lot of 23.97 to 29.97 fps conversion for subs and never had an issue. Try a different Program. Are you sure you went the right way( 25--> 23.97, and not 23.97-->25?) since it's 'worse'?

Install this program and inside you will find something called Subresync and it is very good to edit subtitles.
You just have to open up your subtitle with the fps you want with Subresync, then just save it to a new subtitle.
