  1. I mixed a video in Adobe Premiere, and saved it as a .avi. But when I want to convert it to SVCD in Tempg, tempg says its a unvalid file (at least, for the videostream, I cán import the audio stream)

Does anybody know how to fix this?

    thanx in advance!

  4. I'm having the same problem. I got TMPGEnc to read the .avi file by increasing the DirectShot Multimedia File reader priority under the VAPI Plug-in settings, but the encoded video looks horrible. No matter what aspect ratio or Video Arrange method I use, it really messes up the aspect ratio of the video.

I've read some about frame serving directly from Premier to TMPGenc. Will this solve the problem? What are the other advantages does frame serving have?
