Pinnacle Studio AV 640 x 240 capture and VirtualVCR

I am using a Pinnacle Studio AV8 (DC10+) to capture with VirtualVCR, when I go into the control applet for the DC10+ my options are half 320 x 240 or full 640 x 240 (no 640 x 480) and one or both fields. My problem is when I capture at full and then view the AVI in quicktime the image is twice as wide as tall. What am I doing wrong the aspect is right if I use Studio.

Never mind. I forgot to account for interlacing ( 2 640x240 fields = 1 640x480 frame. The mpegs look fine.
