  1. I have Pinnacle Studio V.8. Today I was doing some test and captured several videos, each at different quailty. "Best" and below ran fine when burned to a DVD and played on my DVD player. However, on "Custom", I increased the bit rate to the max and burned that to a DVD. This caused my DVD player to freeze when I tried to play it on it. Why is this? (Also, on my Xbox, it would start playing the DVD, but then freeze 2 seconds into it). Thanks!

  2. I should also note I was using a DVD-RW, if that matters.

the dvd skipped because some dvd players cannot handle very high bit-rates. stay at around 3000 to 5000 instead.
