Forum question regarding Sorry but only users granted specia

What does this mean 'Sorry but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum' and how do you get it

I was just reading this thread an hour ago.

There are a number of reasons. The topic may break the forum rules, people may have started a flame war with in the topic, the question may have been posted in more than one location, the topic may be heading toward warez, etc. It is up to us moderators to decide if a topic should be closed, but these are the general guidelines we follow.
