I have tried several times to create a vcd with mpeg-2 video's taking 699mb of space on a cd-r.Every time I do this my computer tells me I don't have enough space.I currently have only a 3gig drive and only 234mb free space.I can't delete anything more do I really have to have 699mb free space?

    Is this a joke question?

can you put 32 ounces of water in a 8 ounce cup without spilling?

yes you have to have the required free space.
