  1. For those of us who remember the super 8, I've got some old home movies that I'd like to eventually transfer onto DVD. Does anyone know of any equipment that could capture the super 8 either to VHS so that I can then create a DVD?

Do you have access to a projector? If you do, and you are able to adjust the shutter speed of your camcorder you can do it yourself.

  3. Yes, I do have the projector and a camera. Would simply projecting the image on the screen and video taping it do the trick? Are there any video transfer boxes available?

I do not what they are called exactly, but I have read about such boxes. But you can do it yourself if you can adjust the shutter speed of your camcorder. It avoids the flickering caused by the mismatch between you film speed and you camcorder recording speed.
    Hello.
