Faster Whisper purview etc on a Subtitle Edit v. 4.02 gives erro

I have PC on a small home ethernet setup which gets used much less. So I downloaded the Whisper medium-en model without incident (I didn't see any.) This is the older Subtitle Edit 4.02 I've used while getting used to the 5.03 The 4.02 gave an error that stopped the Whisper install shown in screen shot. It may simply not be backward compatible to 4.02. I'm just asking the question about it and if there's a fix.
