I have this model and I used to use only DVD-R to record and finalize.
Now it won’t load DVD-R disks. I have Verbatim and maxell but neither will load!
Please help

Now it loads DVD+R and records but wont allow me to finalize . It plays my recording.
Is there an update I can load to fix this?

Will the DVD-R you record play in another DVD player? If so maybe the laser is weak on the READ inside the AD-8091
