help! how to get Widevine l1 key with license?

Hi, i'm newbie. please understand that I might be clumsy.

I have a .wvd file(wv l1) but i can't get license correctly. -> 403 error

i think my client_blob doesn't have application_name, package_certificate_hash_bytes, etc..
