I have tried using MakeMKV do a remux of full disc and got this error message:
"It appears that you are opening the disc processed by DvdFab/MacTheRipper which is known to produce damaged VOB files. Errors may follow - please use original disc instead.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #1 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #3 does not match one in IFO header."
Then i tried using FixVTS and VobBlanker to fix it but did not work out, although they processed it. I keep getting error at MakeMKV.

try cleaning the disc and see if the error goes away.
The error "Calculated BUP offset for VTS #1 does not match one in IFO header" means MakeMKV detected a mismatch in the DVD's backup file pointers, which usually points to a manufacturing/authoring error or a dirty/damaged disc
What This Means
Non-fatal warning: MakeMKV automatically attempts to work around this discrepancy by scanning the VOB files.
Common causes: Strange DVD authoring by the studio, scratches, dirt, or a failing optical drive laser
How to Fix It
Be patient: If MakeMKV says "IFO file for VTS #1 is corrupt, VOB file must be scanned," let the process run. It can take a long time to finish scanning
Clean the disc: Wipe the DVD with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry it gently with a soft microfiber cloth
Check playback: Try playing the disc in software like VLC Media Player to see if the files are readable.
Try another drive: If the error halts the rip completely or fails to save, try a different optical drive. You can check community discussions on the MakeMKV Forums for more troubleshooting
