  1. https://bsf.si/en/movie/voajerka/

Signing with temp mail necessary. I think it'd work because the content is free but mostly depend on library access.

Anyway when I want to download from this site I grabbed the link from cat-catch extension like this.
    Code:
    N_m3u8DL-RE "https://video-4.arnes.si/attachments/video/**/*********/transcoded/hls/master.m3u8?accessToken=**********" --save-name *******" -H "Referer:https://video-4.arnes.si/embed/*******?accessToken=***********" -H "Cookie:__Host-video_access_cookie=******************" -H "Accept: */*" --no-log -M mkv
Tokens expire so quickly I blurred them out.

So after a few MB's downloaded it gives 503 error first then fails to continue with Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden). N_m3u8dl-RE recognizes this as HTTP live streaming then I tried to few arguments --live-perform-as-vod, --thread-count, limit the speed etc but can't succeed. However, when I download m3u8 file and see all .ts URLs I supply them to downthemall with incerasing URL rule and it works. But here's a downside the real FPS can't be created by this method. I muxed all .ts chunks to .mkv it produces asomething like 23.827 FPS always but the real FPS is 24. I can see it from cat-catch, subtitles contain FPS value. Anyone can help?

Is it from site's code or should I use at somewhere?

No. Tried before it stops after 10-15 seconds. I think @lucheng was pointing that cookie refresh.

  8. Well, I tried that method too with https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/stream-recorder-hls-m3u8/iogidnfllpdhagebkblkgbfijkbkjdmm before but it downloads heavily reduced bitrate. 3000 kbps vs 1200 kbps.

OK. I see now by looking at ts chunks there is 10 min cooldown right?

  11. I do nothing different. It shows no progress in terminal but downloaded anyway. Then I tried with rent movies which you need Slovenian IP and library access and it stucks at some point resume after 10 min. (Happens for free one too)
