  1. Faster-Whisper-XXL installed in C > drive

Can SubtitleEdit pick faster-whisper-xxl installed in C: drive path ?

SubtitleEdit has option to install that in Video > audio to text (separately)

    but I already have Faster-Whisper-XXL in C > Drive

SE doesn't have such feature, you can ask for it at: https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit/issues

Faster-Whisper-XXL is not "installed", it's standalone - just extracted, you can copy it wherever you want, to SE folders too.

  3. I have extracted it from here and have copied the content along with model to

\SubtitleEditBeta\Whisper\Purfview-Whisper-Faster folder and it's working like a charm and have set the path to environment variables too to use natively CLI commands from CMD.

What I meant is to pick [faster-whisper-xxl.exe] from installed path without copying the content to SE...but not able to find it.

Or more convenient way is to use "One Click Transcribe.bat" tool, and just drag & drop files/folders on a icon.

I understood what you mean. There's no such feature in GUI, you can try to edit Settings.xml file, look for "WhisperPurfviewFasterWhisperLocation".
