Onscreen typing box

what program can let me type during a video recording? Not necessarily live streaming. Just want to be able to type what I want to say and put the dialogue on the video simultaneously while I record myself talking about the videos I review

I'm deaf so not all my words can be understood, so I need a combination of my voice and captions for my videos
Maybe an onscreen typing assistant? something where I can put a small box on the bottom of my screen and upon pressing enter or some special hotkey it clears the text so i can continue typing

I dont understand 100% what you want to do, but have you thinked on adding subtitles to your videos?

Like I said, I need to type while I talk. I can't simply type up things I don't remember saying after the video is done recording.

I keep saying I don't need to add subtites to OLD videos. i need to type as I record. I'm deaf so how can I hear and understand myself? I'm guessing there is no program that I'm asking for.

How can I remember everyting I said in a whole 1 hour video where I'm making witty quips on the fly? I don't have eidetic memory. Yes, I can't hear myself- that is the whole point in needing to type while I talk. I have good speech, but there are many large/special words that I can't accurately pronounce hence the need to type it out.

I don't think you read much of anything what I said. I can't do voice to text because it's not accurate. Words are often wildly different, soemtimes even all the words don't match what I said.
