When I create an SVCD at 2520kbps, my dvd player plays it fine. But that takes up too many disks for a 2 hour 20 minute movie, so i decided to lower the bitrate to 2000kpbs, and i also tried 2150kbps. My dvd player doesnt seem to like this, because the video "jitters" every 3 seconds or so with these lower bitrates. Is there a way to fix this?
