Transfer streaming channels to IPTV player

Hi, I have a question about streaming TV that I would like to transfer to my IPTV app (more easy to watch) :

the free streamin site is :
tvfreemium.top/channel/japan/

I can watch streaming all these channels but I would like to load them in an IPTV player like Kodi or VLC
Anyone knows how to manage that

I cannot extract the links because they are hidden or protected (decoded)
Any other way to do that and to transfer to an iptv player ?

Buy an IPTV subscription they are a safer alternative.
