How to do this?

I am begginer, and i need advices. sorry for my non-perfect en.
So, i 9/16 format for phones mainly.
I want to put 2 images and effect like "boom", image one and image two.
Next, i will like effect like to merge them, and count 3,2,1, and then show another image on middle.
Like this two are merged. How to do this?

Why does it need to be 20 seconds ?

You can extend the animation sequence for first two in . Instead of just fly in + motion blur, do something more fancy and/or related to the content

Because for youtube shorts, the longest video is better. I cant imagine to create 40seconds video, but if i extend at least to be 20 maybe it will be enought.
I am not sure what else to add, thats the problem.

Animate in , then you can animate the content within the images using GAN or stable diffusion ("AI") variants . eg. you can make them talk, dance, give them animated expressions, blinking, breathing etc.. Search github - there are hundreds of projects which can animate content of still images, especially people/portraits

You can extend the transition , maybe morph the images, instead of a simple fog/cloud transition to picture 3
