Question about L3 / L1 Widevine!

After extensive research, I’ve found out that it’s nearly impossible to rip L1. Now the question is, since L3 is usually only 1080p and 4K is only available as L1, how are these ripped? I often see WEBRips in 4K with HDR, etc. How are these obtained if there’s no way to decrypt L1?

Of course it can be done, it's just that those who know how to do it, and there are only a few who know how to do it, have never explained how to do it, there are both L1 widevine and SL3000 playready around that have already been banned by the various streaming sites so you can't use them to download in 4K, but you can still use them to download in 1080p from some sites. For example there are also SL2000 playready extracted but, at least I, have not yet found guides to extract them.
