What should I put into file headers.py to get WKS-keys working?

Hi everybody !
I always asked myself the same questions these few month :

- may we easily run WKSKeYS on Windows 11 OS in October 2024 (I always read on this forum it’s necessary to use it with an Android device, perhaps an Android OS) ?

- must we use always WKSKEYS, or can’t we decrypt all the keys from all Switzerland RTS videos website with CDRM-project ? Why only with WKSKEYS ?
