Help downloading videos from Scrimba

I have tried AllHell3, StreamFab, and a few other software and methods but couldn't get it to work. All I can get is the .webm audio.

I want to download free public courses from Scrimba.

This site is hilarious. Instead of a normal video mp4 you have a docs presentation slideshow that's displayed.

Audio: filter for webm or ogg

"Video": filter for stream, copy URL and open in new tab. Save that file and open it with notepad. Search for docs. Go through the results until you find what you look for.

I didn’t expect Scrimba to be running a slideshow instead of a video. Makes sense why the usual methods weren’t working now.

Appreciate the steps you shared! I’ll give that a shot with the audio and "video" and see how it goes. Muxing them together sounds like it might not even be possible.

You used to be able to do something like this to force download a published presentation

For your case it doesn't work. So even downloading it as pptx/pdf might be tricky

Edit: If you don't figure this out, I think this is one of the few worst case scenarios where recording a screen may be better
