I can't view the video in my browser...but I can get the mpd link and the License Url.

For vpn, I have Windscribe.(pay version) ....don't know if there is Singapore Vpn in Free Version.

thanks everyone for the advice. but I don't know how to use command unless there's a video step how to write commands. I've tried to learn from videos and ... my head went blank. hope there's easier teaching video.
