Figuring out why I cannot decrypt an MPD video

Hello. I have used a project that supports acquiring keys for an MPD manifest video by means of CDM l3. The project gives me two keys. I assume one for audio and one for video. Though, after downloading the video/audio files I cannot decrypt them with the keys provided. What can be causing this?

Well, the MPD file is not directly accessed as a url. It is a JSON value within another file.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have used the hell3.py script and it resulted in the same keys I already had. After executing the script by the end hell3.py, it did not work. It actually required adding "--auto-select" to process with download. Decryption failed after download just like my original attempt.

Try decrypting lower qualities from that mpd. Don't go for max, check the lowest. It's possible that L3 is limited for this.

I don't understand your question. You're using N_m3u8DL-RE right? When you run the command, don't pick the highest resolution. Go for something lower and see if you can even decrypt it. Something like 360p etc.

Because I am using Windows 7 I did not notice it offered selective options. I only got the following options:

[X] Vid *CENC 8844 Kbps | 0 | 25 | av01.0.12M.08 | 462 Segments | ~46m12s
[X] Audio
[X] Aud *CENC 1 | 200 Kbps | mp4a.40.2 | 2CH | 462 Segments | ~46m12s

Also, I want the 4K video version. Thanks, though.
