Strange Streaming behavior on Medi1TV channel

Hello all and this is my first message !

I'd like to raise an issue regarding this free link not working on players like smart iptv, samsung mobile browser, chrome android mobile :

There is no user-agent nor referer needed.
But I noticed that, with Samsung mobile browser : if medi1tv.com website is visited first like as precondition, then, stream can be readable.
Even, the same on PC with Edge browser for that link synthax : https://rplayer.surge.sh/?url=https://streaming1.medi1tv.com/live/smil:medi1ar.smil/playlist.m3u8

How to adapt stream signaling to get a suitable playable condition ?

I noticed a certification validation step, it is not common. How to solve it on Android TV hls player like smart iptv ?

Only you need to change the user-agent, about Android TV idk because i don´t have any Android TV, but with Kodi i think that can works

Even with that user-agent, stream can not be playable on smart iptv androidtv.
On VLC a certificat warning is raised
