    Hi I am trying to download a video stream but surprisingly the m3u8 file content is in Hex.
    I don't know about its encoding type but whatever it is, there is no plain URL, nothing but hex code https://i.imgur.com/OAUI1L1.png

    Any idea how I can decode it? Have you ever encountered such thing?

    Any help would be really really appreciated
