    I have some French videos, that I would like to watch either with English Voice or English Subtitle. I found sites that are offering an AI doing this job, advertised as free. But of course this is not true, and there is always a catch, so in the end the result is that you need to pay a pricey subscription to be able to process a video that is more than 5 minutes long, etc. Anyone knows a site where I could do it for free, or for a reasonable price (for me this is 10$ max per month)?
