    hello, how can I expand the background of the video from the pictures posted on imgur, and in which program I could. I specify that I want from 9:16, I want to end up doing it in 4:3.

    use content aware fill / content aware scaling in photoshop or similar image editors. There are many free tutorials on YT and similar sites eg.
