A GUI to download bulk download files through their respective M3U8 links

I have a list of M3U8 links (+300 links). Each for an independent video that I want to download and rename.

My Question is:
Is there a GUI tool that enables me to enter multiple M3U8 links and a custom download file name for each, then hit download for all the links to be downloaded one by one?

PS: I tried M3U8DL GUI, which is amazing, but I have to enter links one by one.

I'm not great with batch files, but it is definitely possible. You can create a file with FILENAME=M3U8URL and then loop through that, separating the Key-Value-pair using the = as delimiter.
Google it and you should find some useful information

Thanks for your try to help. The problem is that I don't have any coding background, but I will do some research.
