License URL Request

Could I get some help to identify a license server URL for a stream.mpd file I downloaded? As in, are these located in a videos dev tools somewhere or does it require some form of coding to retrieve?

I thought the URL would be contained within the stream.mpd file but I cannot see it there. Reading over some other posts I tried to put together the below link which contains a long string of numbers and letters under 'license' in the network traffic tab under the cloudfront file.

This doesn't seem to work and I am out of ideas.
