help needed to download Pearl Jam concert from nugs.tv

Hi you fine people. I hope it is legit to download the stream I bought for my own offline enjoyment.
I tried many different ways but always end up with a file that has micro stutters in the image. This happens when I download with videohelper plugin.
I also tried streamlink and youtube-dl but the download does not even start. I get error messages that the URL can't be opened ("forbidden URL"). Any advice how to save the stream and have a file that has no micro stutters?

YouTube-dl cannot access the URL try adding headers useragent referrer cookies —add-header
Edit: it needs user agent. fixed it for you

youtube-dl --add-header "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0" "URL"

it may also need ffmpeg
