I can't figure out how to download this video.

Use a browser's Developer Tools (F12) to see the network traffic. Look for manifiest.mpd. Use youtube-dl to download via that manifest:

Thanks much. I'll read up on how to use Chrome/Firefox's Network tool to find the manifest.mpd.

In Firefox press F12 key. Select Network tab. You may have to reload the page. Filter for manifest. Right click on the line and select Copy -> Copy URL.

You need to be in France or use a VPN in France to view/download the video.
