It is that I want to download if it can be the videos of the payment platform to which I am subscribed.
So I don't put the url in its entirety:

I just want to know what tool I could use to download it

if you want to download the mpd file, just paste it into your browser or into your downloader

but if you want to download the video from that mpd manifest info you can use youtube-dl or ffmpeg

ffmpeg -i "your mpd link" -c copy output.mp4
