  1. I am looking at these 2. Sound Bars.

    The Yamaha Yas 207

    And the Samsung HWQ80R
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mbq5BbsUJdk

Now the Samsung Sound Bar has 1. Center CH. and a Front Left and Right CH.
And Left and Right Side CH. are thes the Top Left and Right Back CH.?

And it has Left and Right Top CH. for the Hight.

And if I call Samsung they Tell me this Sound Bar just has 1. Speaker.
Does anybody have this or know if this is a Real 5.1 System?

Neither one is a "real" 5.1 system.

Soundbars, by nature of their single unit positioning, cannot be.

What they can be is decent "virtual" 5.1 surround systems, whether through atmos, hrtf, sda, or any of the other dsp-processed systems. How decent depends alot on the algorithms, the smartness, the quality, etc.
I haven't reviewed either of these, so won't comment on them.

In general, a very good soundbar, with very good processing options, can give the listener a great ~150 degree proscenium imaging clarity.

Looks like both of those have decent subwoofers to go along with the bars (thus adding the ".1" to the system, even though most systems reroute more than just the LFE .1 to it).

<edit>but to get true surround around you, you need to have actual (not just phantom) speakers behind/beside you.</edit>
