The title may be a little misleading but I can created a timeline, a seek bar and a track bar or progress bar . When I click on any of them WITH THE VIEWER PAUSED, the video displayed does not move to that location unless play is again initiated which defeats the purpose.

I am using Visual Basic and Visual .Net and have been unable to find any controls or properties to accomplish this task. Searching the internet has not helped so far either.

Doers anyone know of a fairly simple routine to seek a paused video and have the display update as well as the progress bar?
