hello,
this morning at 5am, the audio was skipping (i hope that's the right word) while watching Goliath on Amazon using Roku 4
is it a roku issue? or my internet connection?
also, it happens sometimes when i watch netflix
any idea what causes this?
thanks in advance

If it happens on more than one streaming service, then it probably isn't the service. Have you done an Internet speed test?
Speed Test
You need a minumum of 5 mbps down and 1 mbps up to get any kind of quality.
If the video looks really good, but it's only the audio that is skipping, then the next question becomes: how is the Roku connected to the TV? I think most of these devices use HDMI to go into the TV, but if it has a separate Toslink or other digital audio connection, you'd want to check that. -
I had the problems too with version 8, Version 9 fixed it. Try updating.
