In the years I own an SSD, I have always avoided using virtual RAM on it. However, with prices going down, I am thinking about dedicating a small SSD for virtual RAM, at a fraction of the cost of the same amount of RAM. I know that RAM is faste, but does this make any sense?

RAM is multiple times faster than any SSD. Upgrade your RAM as you asked about in your other thread and you'll be far better off, though at a higher cost.
