Hello

Can any one help me find a way to capture NFL games on this site? When I try to watch live streaming the video freezes and after a few seconds has moved on and not all of the video comes through (so I miss big chunks of the game!) I have tried to read the stickies on this subject but am not far enough advanced to understand the suggestions. Are there any programs that can help me download the live streaming on this site so I can watch later without all the stops and starts?
